"Thank you for allowing our family to continue that great Saturday/Sunday morning tradition of pancake for breakfast. After 2 years of searching we had found out that our oldest daughter has a long list of food allergies; Lactose, Corn, SOY, GLUTEN, EGGS, strawberry, blueberry, malt, peas, cashews, bakers yeast, and brewers yeast. I too found out that I myself was allergic to gluten, corn, milk, strawberry, blueberry, and garlic. So we have made significant changes as a family too. We then found out from our doctor in Cincinnati that your pancake mix was available and very tasty. Skeptical, we took off to Whole Foods and bought some of your mixes, and to our delight we found they were better tasting then anything else gluten or gluten free period!!! We now make them in advance with blackberries or now can add the ENJOYLIFE Chocolate chips to make them as treats and freeze for school days or when she has to travel. Your Pancake Waffle mix then was used as a batter for the chicken strips which she loves too!! Thank you for making all of this possible and allowing her to feel "normal” by creating such foods that she actually looks forward to eating or requests to have them. "My name's Lys. I am 33 years old and 2 months ago I found out I had a number of food allergies that included nuts, wheat, potatoes and eggs. I was the processed foods poster child and basically had just figured if it doesn't kill you eat it again. Then I found out I was doing damage to myself and had to change my ways. Most of the allergen free food out there tastes like crap and I was rapidly becoming depressed about ever having warm homey yummy baked goods again. Add to that the cost of constantly trying new expensive foods only to have them taste-wise repeatedly disappoint and I was a woman on the edge. I would cry nightly into my pillow "Oh my dear sweet cookies.. my luscious cakes.. brrrreaaad..(insert sobbing here)..... I miss you so...." And then I discovered Namaste mixes. Yes, they need slight tweaking, a little extra water or oil there as I am allergic to most egg replacers, but they are downright DELICIOUS. I have always been a good baker (horrible chef) and they are easy to work with, cheap and most of all not only tasty by allergen food standards but by regular food standards. The other day, I went to the Jewel-Osco in Spring Grove, IL and found your product. I was initially trying to find a loaf of bread without soy and milk and that's how I came across your product. You cannot know the joy that filled my heart as I looked upon all the delicious foods you make without all the common allergens. I bought your brownie mix and made it the other day. My daughter came home from school and smelled the deliciousness cooling on the stove. She approached me cautiously and asked if it was okay for her to have some of those brownies. She asked with a tone of fear that these were another treat she would never be able to enjoy. I told her, "These are for you. You can eat as much of them as you want with no side effects!" If only you could have seen the smile on her face and how she lit up. She stood there and ate 3 brownies in a row. I cannot believe how good they are. I proceeded to order your waffle and pancake mix and your muffin mix and cannot wait to make those for her, too. These are food items that she adores, but I haven't been able to find them without milk or soy in them.
Basically, I am writing this letter with deepest thanks for your devotion to making GOOD foods available to people with food allergies. You have provided a glimmer of hope in my daughter that she can still enjoy the treats all her friends and family do. You have provided a "healing salve" to her soul. I found your products at Elliott's in Folsom, California near my home right after I was diagnosed. The first time I went there, I was so tired and overwhelmed that I actually cried as I started reading the many labels. Most of them contained soy and/or corn. I came across Namaste and was so glad to find healthy foods I could make and eat that looked easy to prepare.
I received an order from you today that I had placed on line. I made the cookies tonight. My kids liked them a lot, which is great because I suspect they both may need to be off gluten as well. Your products will be a great start.

"I wanted to type to say, Thank you! My son is autistic and we just started the GFCF diet, we are into day 4 and after experimenting with some other brands before "officially" starting, I was so relieved to find your products. We made the chocolate cake last evening, as cupcakes, for a PTA meeting. Needless to say, people were shocked that so much was "missing" but everything was there! Taste, texture, quality! We have also made your muffins as a cinnamon quick bread and it turned out wonderfully! I am looking for the white cake, but unfortunately, will have to order it or do some more shopping as our local store does not carry it. Oh, almost forgot, we had the waffles this morning...they were devoured by everyone! I have passed on your product information to our local DAN group as they had not heard of your product. I discovered I had a gluten allergy 3 years ago so I had to start eating a gluten-free diet but was not impressed with the flavor and quality of the gluten-free products available. One day last year I walked into a health food store and found your pizza crust mix with herbs, which sounded delicious. I have to tell you that it was the best gluten-free pizza mix I've eaten! From that day forward, pizza was part of my diet again.
...So I ordered some of your other products on-line: Bread Mix, Spice Cake, Noodles and Muffin Mix. All your products are absolutely amazing! I had been led to believe by the other manufacturers of gluten-free products that flavor and quality was not possible. But your products stand alone. There is simply no other product that compares. "THANK YOU! I just tried your muffin mix. WOW! I have been on a gluten-free diet for a few months now and have had a hard time getting my "bread-fix". I decided to try your muffins and they are wonderful! I added some lemon extract and poppy seeds for extra flavor. "I've just begun eating a gluten free diet and your mix is one of the first foods I have tried. I was very pleasantly surprized! I made one 16" pizza on a pizza stone and then with the remaining dough made cheesy "bread"sticks. "My son is Celiac, and finding cake mixes that are palatable is not an easy task. I recently tried your chocolate cake mix for his birthday cake. While the whole family was devouring the cake, they expressed concern that I had given Brian a real cake for his birthday. I laughed and told them it was gluten free. They refused to believe me.That is a great compliment! Two weeks later I made your spice cake. I juiced carrots and used the juice to replace the water and added the pulp. My husband said that it was the best carrot cake he had ever eaten. He ended up eating 6 pieces of cake in a 6 hour period! Needless to say, I am hooked for life on your products, and am looking forward to trying all your mixes. Our local health food store (Whole Foods Market) sells your brand. I went back to them and told them the story that I've just related to you. I said that they should have no hesitation in recommending your product.
